Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats (I use certified gluten-free oats from Bob's Red Mill)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2-4 tablespoons raisins or currants
2-3 teaspoons chia seeds
cinnamon to taste
Instructions
Place oats and almond milk in a medium bowl and heat in microwave on high power for 2 minutes. Sprinkle raisins or currants, chia seeds, and cinnamon on top and enjoy!
Notes
You can also make this oatmeal on the stovetop... It will take a few more minutes, but it's just as easy!
